Do you accept phone payments?
No...we only accept payments online. Our systems are automated so you receive your receipt immediately via email. Generally, we do not want your card details as it puts you at risk by disclosing your details to people you may not know. We are uncomfortable with this therefore do not accept this process as policy. Our merchant payment system means we NEVER see your card details. This means that you can be confident in your interaction with us. Our site is fully secured via GEOTrust SSL encryption technology so it puts your mind at ease when you enter your card details.
 
Do you issue/accept invoices/purchase orders?
We are an internet retailer therefore we can only offer market leading deals if we stick rigidly to our processes. We therefore only accept payments online. We accept that this may cost us business but it does mean that the thousands of other customers benefit by keeping our prices down. Increasingly, the expansion of business cards does mean that the invoicing process is becoming redundant.
 
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery takes 2 - 3 days but please check the individual page of the product that you are interested in. Some products are not held in stock and are custom made, therefore the time taken will be longer. For some items, they cannot be sent via delivery companies due to their size and fragility. We therefore deliver these so it will take longer but will reach you in perfect condition. Please do call us and we can give you specific details.
 
Do you supply written quotes?
If we have not engaged with you regarding products and prices, we will not supply written quotes. All our sizing and pricing requirements are clearly displayed on the appropriate pages.
 
Do you print both sides of your pavement signs?
Yes, we print on both sides of the pavement signs. They do NOT have to be the same design. Please ensure your sizing and artwork meet our requirements.
 
How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?
Your receipt will automatically be emailed to you after you have completed your transaction online.
 
I have requested a password reminder for my account and havent yet received it?
Please check your email has not been added to your junk/spam inbox. If this isnt the case please double check your email addresses and re-try requesting a password reminder.
 
What are your artwork requirements?

Do you offer design services?
Yes we offer a design service. We currently offer design services on Banner Stands, Pavement Signs and Exhibition Stands. Please select the design option when you purchase your product. You will then need to complete the Design Brief and email it to us at design@adverpro.co.uk. We will then take the design process forward.
 
Excluded delivery area's
Our delivery option excludes the following areas; Highlands, Channel Islands and the following mainland UK post code pre-fixes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, KA, ZE, IM. Please contact us for delivery prices.
 
Damaged delivery of goods
Any problems concerning goods or delivery must be reported in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Items cannot be returned without agreement with Adverpro. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery signed for as undamaged which is subsequently reported to have been damaged in transit. If in doubt please sign for goods as 'not inspected'. If the packaging is damaged please note this on the courier's delivery sheet. Adverpro cannot be held responsible for goods received damaged in transit and not signed for as such.
 
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy, but we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please email us at customerservice@adverpro.co.uk quoting your order number. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification. To cancel, you can Email us at customerservice@adverpro.co.uk within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). Any goods received damaged must be signed for as damaged upon receipt. Adverpro cannot be held responsible for goods received damaged in transit and not signed for as such. Any undamaged and resaleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the goods value.
 
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries from Adverpro will usually be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday. Orders must be placed by 1.00pm otherwise they will be processed the following day. The product page will inform you of the length of delivery time. If your item requires printing or design work, delivery takes between 5 -7 days and is subject to approval of any artwork which may delay the process.
 
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses). Our free delivery option excludes the following areas; Highlands, Channel Islands and the following mainland UK post code pre-fixes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, KA, ZE, IM. Please contact us for delivery prices. You will be asked to pay the difference. These are charges applied by the delivery companies and we do not profit from these.
 
Are my details secure?
Shopping on adverpro.co.uk is as secure as shopping in any store. Your credit card details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Please note that in the interest of security, Argos will never ask for your full username, password or credit card details via email, pop-ups, or for any purpose other than registering or placing an order on adverpro.co.uk
 
What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused while placing an order?
If your credit or debit card was refused while placing an order on adverpro.co.uk, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
 
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit or debit cards, including Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card and Visa Electron. We can also accept PayPal, please contact us. We also accept BACs payments/cheques for larger orders. All payments must be cleared before any delivery is dispatched.
 
Can I add to an existing order?
You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. On confirmation of the order, you can't add items to the same order. If you would like to order further items, please place a new order.
 
Do you have to register an account with Adverpro to place an order?
You do not have to register an account with us in order to order online. However, setting up an account on Adverpro.co.uk saves your personal details, such as delivery addresses for future use, thus saving you time
